Weakest for an early check un and they were able to accommodate us. The hotel is just beautiful, our room was extremely nice, comfortable bed, very clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. My husband especially loved the sausage gravy and biscuits. Last year we stayed in the place across the road from here and there is no comparison. That was a dump. This went beyond our expectations, so from now on, we will be staying at this hotel when we come up!

The location was quiet even though it wasn't that far from the highway. There were several options close by for dinner so we were able to go out and eat at a place we normally don't have access to. We had come to spend the day at Darien Lake, but discovered they were closed on the first day we were there. The staff allowed us to check-in a couple hours early since they had it available. They did some rearranging to get this to happen.

It was awesome. Huge room. Everything was modern and clean. Great value. Half the price of other hotels for a family of 5. Breakfast on par with every other hotel breakfast and bless the woman working it. No complaints. All staff was great. We will choose this hotel again in the future.

Everything new and clean. Manager helped remedy situation where they overbooked suites and we had 5 in a room with 2 queen beds. It was supposed to have a pull out sofa. Those were given to other customers. She got us a cot.
